Nastia AI: the operator is the argument

Not the image generation, which is average. A boring, decisive reason: Nastia is operated by a French company, Nastia Cybernetics, SIREN 982046385. You can read the name and the number at the bottom of the homepage.

Look at who runs the other uncensored apps on this site: Cyprus, Romania, holdings with nothing public. When your most intimate conversation ends up with a Cypriot LTD, your recourse after a breach is theoretical. Here, the controller is named in the privacy policy, French and EU data law applies, and the company number sits in the French register.

Keep it in proportion. That register shows a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) created in November 2023, with a registered office in French Guiana and no employee headcount disclosed. Identifiable is not the same as big. You are trusting a young, small team, just one you can name.

It also offers export of your conversations. In this market, that is close to an anomaly.

Read the table with three caveats.

• The monthly prices come from the operator’s own comparison pages. The annual column is what we recorded inside the app at our last check. The public pages publish no annual grid, and some older operator pages still quote $49.99 a year, so the checkout screen has the last word.
• The operator’s pages disagree on which feature sits where. One lists voice as paid, another lists it among the basics. Check the membership screen before you commit.
• Third-party reviews quote other numbers. An independent June 2026 review lists a $6.69 Standard tier and token packs from $2.99. It is either older or a different offer. Do not trust a price you read on a review site, ours included.

Payment is in US dollars by Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the period ends. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires it or a technical error blocked delivery. Read that line before taking the annual plan.

Is Nastia AI free? What you see without a card

Sign-up takes Google, Discord, Apple or email, and no credit card. You get one companion and a daily token allowance. Text does not draw down tokens, according to the operator. Images do.

On the explicit register, the operator is clear and consistent: dirty talk, sexting and adult roleplay are offered on the free tier, and NSFW is “enabled from the first message”. The official FAQ settles it: the text is open. What stays paid is the rest of the package: unlimited volume, voice, uncensored image and video generation, multiple companions.

So test the one thing that matters in ten minutes. Create a companion, push the register, send three scene changes. If the tone works, you know before paying. If it does not, you lost nothing.

Does Nastia AI allow NSFW content? Uncensored versus gated

Uncensored on text, gated on the rest. The homepage says it without euphemism (“UNCENSORED NSFW CHAT”) and the slogan targets the competition: “As an AI, I can’t” followed by “She can.” No mid-scene refusals. The FAQ names dirty talk and explicit roleplay in plain words.

Two distinct doors. A sex chat mode for direct sexting, a roleplay mode for scripted scenarios. Both are open on the free tier.

The paywall sits elsewhere. Uncensored images, video, voice and the strongest traits (Seductive, Dominant, Wild) belong to the paid tiers, the most extreme ones to Unlimited. That is price segmentation, not censorship. Nothing we found says free images are blurred to push you to pay, but the operator does not document it either, so check on your first generation.

Ask for the act in sex chat mode and the model describes it, in explicit detail, with no disclaimer breaking the scene. Sample of the register: “Come here. Tell me what you want me to do first, and don’t skip the details.”

The line exists, though. The terms allow fictional sexual content between adults and forbid anything involving minors or “aged-up” characters, real identifiable people, non-consensual scenes, incest, bestiality, extreme violence and bodily waste. Requests and media are screened automatically, and accounts can be suspended. “Uncensored” here means adult and consensual, not unlimited.

Nastia AI’s chat tools: the pleasant surprise

Four buttons that change daily use and that most rivals do not have. Reroll re-runs a reply that falls flat. Elaborate asks the model to develop instead of firing back two lines. Edit mode lets you fix its reply directly, which puts a scene back on the rails without starting over. Get Selfie generates an image of the current scene without leaving the conversation.

For images, preset scenes (Date Night, Beach Sunset, Lazy Sunday) save you writing a prompt every time. The standalone generator adds a negative prompt, aspect ratio and face and body references, so the same face can come back from one render to the next. On video, these are genuinely animated 5-second clips, not looped stills. Modest next to OurDream, but clean.

Who Nastia AI is aimed at: people let down by Replika and Character.AI

Nastia defines itself by contrast, and says so in its own FAQ. Replika took the adult register away from its users, Character.AI filters hard, ChatGPT refuses. Nastia is aimed squarely at the people leaving those apps.

That is a marketing argument, not proof. It still tells you something: an app that builds its whole pitch on a competitor removing features cannot easily remove them itself without contradicting its own promise. After the 2023 Replika reversal, knowing what an operator has committed to is not a detail.

The real limit: memory

This is the flaw to know before paying. The memory panel caps at 40 entries, plus a free-text note field of 400 characters. Context recall covers roughly two weeks. Beyond that, personality traits persist but the details of your exchanges fade. An independent review lists the same complaint, with memory sometimes resetting without warning.

Compared with Nomi or Kindroid, which build continuity over months, that is a step down. If you want a long-running relationship, take Nomi. If it is session-based roleplay, the limit does not show.

The model never pushes back

The other conversation flaw, less visible but more damaging: it confidently builds on anything you tell it, true or not, without ever flagging an inconsistency. Invent a shared memory and it adopts it, then embroiders on it.

For roleplay that is exactly what you want. Nobody wants a partner who breaks the scene to object. For a relationship meant to last, it is what eventually rings hollow, because someone who never resists has no character of their own. It is also why the conversation score does not climb higher despite competent writing.

The game mechanics, take them or leave them

Daily streaks, timed quests, experience points, badges. Nastia gamifies the relationship to bring you back every day.

Some will find a pleasant routine in it. Others will see an engagement lever bolted onto something intimate. One test: if you open the app to protect a seven-day streak rather than to talk to anyone, close it. That is the app playing you.

Nastia AI review: what works, what does not

It works: the identifiable operator, the export, the chat tools (Reroll, Elaborate, Edit), a free tier that opens the explicit text register without a card, and group chats.

It does not: the 40-entry memory, a model that agrees with everything, images and video below the leaders of the category, a Standard tier whose features the operator describes differently from page to page, and a support team that an independent reviewer calls slow.

Does Nastia AI have an app?

Not in the stores. The operator’s install page describes a PWA: open nastia.ai in Safari on iOS (Safari is required), tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. Android and desktop run in the browser, and the operator suggests a bookmark on desktop.

That is a drawback for installation (two steps instead of one) and an advantage for the product: no uncensored app survives store policy for long without censoring itself. One warning. Unrelated apps with a similar name exist in the stores. Check the publisher before installing anything.

Is Nastia AI safe?

Safer than most of the category, with limits. The operator is Nastia Cybernetics, a French company, so French and EU data law applies and the name is public. The terms are governed by French law and the CNIL is the competent authority for complaints.

The privacy policy lists what it holds: email, username, hashed password, age-check result, your chats, memories, voice messages and samples, generated media, payment transaction details, device and usage data. Card numbers are not stored by the operator.

• Deletion: individual chats, images and videos can be deleted at any time, and the whole account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. It is permanent.
• Export: you can download the history from each chat’s settings. A full export or access request goes by email. There is no one-click global export.
• Retention: reports and rule violations, including the related prompts and chats, are kept up to seven years.
• Hosting: some providers process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses.
• Age check: a confirmation of 18 or over for everyone, plus an independent age-assurance check in certain countries. The operator keeps only the pass or fail result. An independent reviewer calls the default check weak.

Three gaps. The policy does not say whether your chats train models, only that data improves “the quality of companion replies”. It names no payment processor and no billing descriptor, so check your first statement line. And it does not name a data protection officer.

Treat intimate chats as stored text, whatever the operator. Do not put your real identity in them.

Is Nastia AI a scam?

No. It is a registered company with a public number, a privacy policy and a published cancellation route. The real risks are ordinary: auto-renewing subscriptions, non-refundable purchases and sensitive data stored on a small team’s servers.

Can you cancel Nastia AI anytime?

Yes. Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No refund for the unused part, except where the law requires one.

Does Nastia AI train on your chats?

Undocumented. The policy says data is used to maintain and improve the service, “including the quality of companion replies”, and does not mention model training. Assume the worst-case reading.

Can you delete your Nastia AI account?

Yes, in Settings > Account > Delete Account. It is permanent. Some limited records are kept, as the privacy policy describes.

Verdict

The compromise for anyone who wants uncensored chat without giving up on knowing who holds their data, with a free tier that opens the explicit text register without a card. The weak spots are the 40-entry memory and a model that never contradicts you. Take Nomi instead if long-term memory is your number one criterion.
